A very special version of the popular Tawny Owl on English ash wood. Sustainably sourced from our local timber merchants. Particular organic grain of the wood is enhanced by treating the wood with clear primer. The stump is made from ash bark which is handcrafted to give the illusion of tree stump or fence post. This piece is finally finished by hand with white paint on a brush around the face and eyes.
This signed piece is limited edition (of 50) exclusive number, dated with year of design creation on the reverse and ready to hang. Measures 17 x 26cm. Piece name 'Tawny'.
