Badminton artwork tilted 'Badders' - spray painted onto sustainably sourced Oak wood from the UK - These were one of the Best Sellers at Badminton Horse Trials 2026.
This is the first time I have painted the house and really enjoyed my many visits to the park while painting the cross country jumps for this years event. Every time I drove past the house the colours and tones looked different depending on time of day and the weather. As it was Stencil Sheds 10th year at Badminton, I felt this was good time to develop this piece. All the blends and tones of the colours has made the house a very special piece. I have even used a granite effect paint to get a stoney gravel effect on the famous drive. All the details and each window frame has been added at the end by using a pyrography tool.
Piece name 'Badders' - Dated, titled and numbered on reverse, signed front. Ready to hang. This particular piece is no. 6/40. Bark on the rustic top edge and the natural grain of the wood gives this artwork a unique feel.
