‘Worthies Cow’ - The Worthies is a well loved farmers field in the centre of Malmesbury, particularly good for sledging and cricket, with the farmer being very accommodating if no cows are in the field! I have based my latest Cow artwork on a very friendly chap who I met on the Worthies and enjoyed a good nose scratch before he let me take a few photos! I actually added the white to his nose in order to get some contrast (I’m sure my friend won’t mind).

Robin 2024. Always one of my favourite birds to paint, bright and vibrant colour combinations and a cheerful composition. Marry that with English oak wood...
