Woodpecker ‘Green’ 2025 on barky Ash wood from signed limited edition - 10 x 26cm

Green - It has been great fun to spray paint this new edition, as an old favourite bird the woodpecker. This particular Green Woodpecker has recently been heard near the Stencil Shed and in our local town. I have painted this British bird a few times in the past, but always using black and white tones. This edition with the bright colours works exceptionally well with my barky tree like canvases. Handmade from sustainably sourced Ash wood logs from the UK.

This edition is more colourful and detailed than previous editions as my Spray painting style develops. It is a multi layer stencil which is then hand finished with pens and a pyrography tool on top to give the final artwork a little more finesse.

Each one is unique, this particular artwork measures 10 x 26cm, signed on the front and numbered on the rear. This particular piece is artwork is no. 47/60. On this barky Ash wood makes a very striking interesting piece for any Stencil Shed collection. These have sold very well over the events of last year and down to the last few in the edition! This has been a popular piece.
