Wren - It’s always a great pleasure to see a Wren in your garden. It’s quite a rare occasion and thankfully, at Stencil Shed towers we are lucky enough to see one every few months darting around the ivy near the shed. Small shy birds with a great character and distinctive call. I try to paint Wrens with this in mind.

With the hand finished pyrography detail and the 3D branch perch this artwork is totally handmade and each one unique and different. Also, really proud of this particular edition, life sized but with more fine detail than I have ever achieved before.

The artwork on sustainably sourced ash wood from the UK measures 18 x 24cm. Signed on front and titled, dated and numbered on the rear. This particular piece is no. 1 from 100. With the 3D bark perch on this artwork, it really brings the Wren to life.
